Interroll is seeking candidates for the role of Free-lance Truck Driver- Interroll Truckloads of Inspiration

(Mercedes- Benz Actros 5-L FHS)

Location: Europe!

As a member of the team, the successful candidate is an enthusiastic, reliable, flexible and service-minded professional who will drive Interroll’s truckload of Inspiration from Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Benelux, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and to Finland from 12th of April 2021 till the end of November 2021, embodying Interroll’s values and presenting our Climate of Excellence at every customer meeting. In addition, he/she will be part of the effective planning of the roads through the regions, always ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations and Interroll policies.

Main Tasks and responsibilities

The candidate is responsible for driving a full sized truck equipped with latest technology and tow a precious trailer with a hell of multimedia and other expensive equipment. We will have 40 customers stop overs for about two to three of days each. Being the first person that our customer will meet, it is necessary that he/she is service oriented, kind, friendly and speaks fluent English.

Being on a tour like that, timings are tight so precision and positive attitude are mandatory. We are looking for a brand ambassador that represents the company.

• reliable and fair: The candidate is a reliable person, self-efficient, with years of international experience. Hands on attitude and ready to support the team for assembling, dismantling or even supporting other members of the crew. The Truck will be equipped with latest technology so it is necessary that he / she respects and understands the importanceof the job.     
• proven/best in class: The driver shall present a drug test and share his / her criminal record. Best if he / she had no traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• fast and committed: finishing attitude and committed to deliver excellent service and fast!    
• long term thinking: Safe is better than sorry; we look for someone who is always prepared and has a plan B and can deal with stress challenges.

Your profile:

• Driver License CE
• Experienced, service-oriented long-distance driver in international traffic.
• Good English skills are essential, there will be an international team.
• Well-groomed appeareance, the customer will get the first impression from Interroll how you are representing the company on first contact.
• The driver likes to be on tour, due to it is not possible to drive home during the 7 months truck road show.
• Hands-on mentality is mandatory.
